How to Use

1. Press the ON/OFF button located on the right side of the LCD display. The thermometer will beep and display “188.8°F,” then “37.0°C” for one second, and finally “Lo°C.” This indicates the device is working properly.

2. Take the body temperature.
   a. Oral use: Place the thermometer under the tongue and keep the mouth closed during measurement.
   b. Underarm use: Ensure the underarm is dry. Place the thermometer in the armpit and lower the arm against the body.

3. The reading will be completed within one minute. The thermometer will beep repeatedly when the peak temperature is reached. A steady, non-flashing display confirms the final reading.

4. Read and record the temperature.

5. Press the ON/OFF button to turn off the thermometer. The device will automatically shut off after approximately 10 minutes if not manually turned off.

6. Store the thermometer in the provided plastic case to keep it clean and prevent the spread of germs.

7. Clean the metal probe using isopropyl alcohol or mild soap and warm (not hot) water. Dry the tip thoroughly after each use.

8. Before and after each use, wash the area extending about 2 cm from the tip with warm, soapy water. Ensure the thermometer is completely dry before storage.
